M-421 | bust 34"
A beautiful 1930s blouse with design for lace with fagotted detail. Pattern pieces can also be used to make a plain blouse on its own, includes pattern for belt. Note, the original was not a transfer pattern but a printed tissue pattern that was to be glued onto brown paper whereby the lace was directly basted onto.
Bust 32"
Waist 26"
This is a delicate and time consuming project for those who would like to work with techniques authentic to the era. The pattern of the lace can be made with peau d'ange, which is a thin bias tube ironed flat, or rick rack braid.
