Shipping in the U.S. will range from $3.99-$4.95 for a single item, orders of 3 or more items will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail.
For international orders, shipping is calculated by the weight of the pattern, combined shipping is automatically adjusted in the cart at checkout. We strive to offer the most reasonable rates through USPS, please keep in mind that our patterns are printed on heavy white paper which weighs more than tissue paper patterns.
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days once payment has been received. We ship via USPS which means tracking is always included within the U.S. but may not be included for some international regions.
If you live outside the U.S. and do not receive your parcel within 2 weeks, please check with your local post office. Please note that international orders generally arrive within 2 weeks but on certain occasions can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
We offer secure online ordering and accept Paypal as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Vintage styles are more closely fitted than modern patterns, please compare your measurements to the bust, waist, and hip measurements listed, where applicable, in the item description. Seam allowances are included and clearly outlined on all pattern pieces.
Please get in touch on the Contact page within 24 hours and we will revise your address. If the address entered at checkout was incorrect and it has been more than 24 hours, there is a chance your order has already shipped, the same shipping charge will apply to reship your order.
We will offer a replacement or refund for certain circumstances. Please send us a message on the Contact page with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. Returns cannot be accepted on digital downloads.
If a mistake was made on our part, a replacement will be sent immediately at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Lady Marlowe.
